ABOUT OUR COMPANY
Wald & Fisher Inc. is a family owned and operated real estate development company located in Beachwood, Ohio. Our roots date back to the 1930's with the opening of a modest residential sales office in a storefront at 28th and Lorain Avenue on Cleveland's west side.
While we began to grow by serving the real estate needs of nearby residential neighborhoods, post war opportunities led to the acquisition and development of apartment complexes, office buildings and retail shopping centers, all located within the Greater Cleveland, Ohio area.
Today, our retail portfolio exceeds 1,000,000 square feet and includes
some of the most easily recognized and best known shopping centers in suburban
Cleveland. In addition, we have recently expanded into southern U.S. markets
through the acquisition of retail centers located in North Carolina, South
Carolina and Georgia.
In addition to retail properties, our company developed "The Greens Communities" and "Fountains on the Greens" (Lyndhurst, Ohio), which are among Cleveland's largest assisted living and nursing home facilities. We have developed residential subdivisions with hundreds of freestanding homes and, along with our sister company Syndicate Management, Inc., have owned and managed several thousand apartment and office suites.
We are "hands on" operators, day in and day out . . . and so it goes that with more than sixty years of success as our track record, we take great pride in our reputation as one of Cleveland's premier owners, developers and managers of both commercial and residential real estate.
